  1. Please be aware of the times announced for breaks and assembling for group activities and their locations.
  2. You will need to bring your own daily necessities, any medicine you commonly take, your ID, and your national health insurance card.
  3. You are responsible for keeping your valuables safe at all times.
  4. Please bring a reusable water bottle for the Earth’s sake.
  5. The event organizer reserves the right to modify, cancel, or temporarily suspend any part of the event. Participants will be notified of any changes.
  6. In case of a typhoon, earthquake, or other such factor the event organizer has no control over, the event may be modified, canceled, or temporarily suspended as directed by the government authority.

  1. Registration: Register on our website → Select the date(s)/session(s) you wish to attend → Make payment → Done!
  2. You must make your payment to be considered registered. There is a limited number of spots for each session—those on the waiting list will be selected based on order of registration from first to last.
  3. Be sure of the session(s) you have registered for. If you miss your session and wish to attend another, you will have to go through the registration process again—you will not be allowed to simply show up and gain admission to another session, nor will you be refunded for a missed session.
  4. If you register for someone other than yourself, please enter the name and phone number of each person in the “Name of attendee” field. Registering for multiple tickets under the same name is not permitted and will be considered invalid.
  5. After registering, our system will automatically send a registration notification to your email address.
  6. Individuals and legal representatives who register themselves or others for the event agree that the rights to images, videos, written works, and pictures about/of attendees from the event belong to the event organizer and may be used for the purposes of event publicity (including but not limited to publicity on the event website, Facebook, online content, and printed content). ​
